'Dark Knight Rises' creates tension between Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures Posted: One of Hollywood's highest-profile partnerships has become strained over Legendary's stake in the next Batman film. Legendary was an equal partner on 'The Dark Knight,' but Warner is said to be reluctant to again share half the profits.
