Rulon Gardner makes no excuses Posted: Former Olympic medalist Rulon Gardner stopped exercising and ate and ate after his wrestling career. Some 200 pounds later, he is changing his ways on 'The Biggest Loser.' For much of his storied sports career, two-time Olympic medalist Rulon Gardner was a slave to the scale. He used rigorous, hours-long workouts to keep his weight in check and relied upon old-school wrestling tricks — like exercising in a sauna — to drop unwanted pounds before a competition. |
